She proceeded to question me quite harshly, implying that customers shouldn’t be handling the food. I explained that I understand concerns around food safety, especially since I’ve seen some chaotic situations, but I assured her I had no intention of eating anyone else's order. She took her time preparing the order and even mentioned that she doesn’t rush for anyone and that she feels tips should be shared because she prepped the food. I found her treatment of the trainee, in particular, unprofessional when she snatched the order from his hands. I sincerely hope this isn’t how she interacts with customers, as it would leave a negative impression. Aside from that, I do enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts and particularly love their new pecan iced latte!

The staff at this restaurant truly care about their jobs and brighten my mornings. It’s always a delight to visit this location, as they are quick and efficient in their service.

I absolutely love it! The service is excellent, and I ordered takeout. The meal I had was fantastic and very affordable, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the donuts!

They really don't understand customer service! I ordered coffee three times in one week, and each time it was made incorrectly. When I finally voiced my complaint, I was called 'rude' and told I should go somewhere else. There's another Dunkin' just 2.5 miles away, right across the town line into Plympton—it's worth the drive!
