Kfc - Carthage

I went to KFC in Carthage Ms every time I order I always be wrong n the food be cold... I even ordered 2 sweet teas and also a Strawberry lemonade n they all taste horrible like water I always end up taking things back so I'm jus gonna stop goingcompletely..

I run to KFC in Dogwood in Flowood, Ms. I ordered 2 of the 2 piece white meat extra crispy. I am in the drive through. I asked for side of string beans and cole slaw. I got HORRIBLE regular dark meat. It tasted like it was cooked days ago. i hope I don?tget sick. Could not eat it all. Their sides, you need a magnifying glass to find them they are small. Got 2 Coke?s with the 2meals $19.50. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.

We enjoy KFC, but the drive-through staff could be friendlier. If you don’t like dealing with people, perhaps a different job would be better suited. Also, we rushed and didn’t check the bag, and we ended up missing the gravy for our mashed potatoes. By the time I realized this, I was already home and serving dinner. I’ve never written a negative review for KFC before, as their food is usually good, but I believe that even a remodel won’t fix the issues with poor service and missing items that customers have paid for. After spending over $44, I shouldn’t have to check my bag like I would at McDonald's.

My husband recently ordered the KFC fill-up, and the cashier's name was Kizzy. When he got home, he found that the biscuits were missing from the order. I recommend checking your orders before you leave the restaurant, located in Carthage, MS.

My order arrived right on schedule. KFC meals are definitely my favorite—they're simply delicious!
