Burgers Brats - Carthage

Had a super hard time deciding between their flavored brats and a burger, mushroom and Swiss was the special so I had it. Great flavor, lots of mushrooms and onions! If you like a Cole slaw that is straightforward, this is right up your alley. Bought some of the jalapeño cheese brats to cook tonight! There is some tables by the truck, and I hear they will be adding more.

The staff was quite rude when I placed my order. I understand that the third Thursday can be busy, but that should have been anticipated, and it doesn't justify taking it out on the customers.
