Pilot Travel Center - Cartersville

This travel Center was clean and pleasant, and the location was right off the i-75. For a long time I have been using Bucee's for the clean restrooms and cheap gas. However, this Pilot travel Center might have changed that. With the regards app, the gaswas 10c cheaper than Bucee's.

Extremely dirty truck stop outside and inside. I made a big mistake coming here. Never again!

Well, the pandemic has definitely left its mark on Cartersville, GA. I paid $20 for preferred parking, but there was no available parking when we arrived. The entire establishment could use a thorough cleaning. While trying to get service at McDonald's, I noticed three young men playing hacky sack in the drive-thru, while the thirty-something manager was running around trying to handle everything. The forty-something assistant manager was busy cooking, and a lady in her sixties was trying to clean up the lobby. Meanwhile, no one was getting served except for those in the drive-thru. It took us 45 minutes to receive a cheeseburger and fries. Coming from the Southwest, I'm shocked by the lack of respect and the overall situation here. It's clear why things are deteriorating. I am truly disappointed. Georgia used to be such a beautiful place to visit, but these days, I think I’ll be heading in the opposite direction.

The prices are a bit high, but the place is tidy, clean, and overall quite nice. They have showers available, as well as McDonald's and Subway. It really has everything you need in one spot!

The restaurant was very clean both inside and out. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Additionally, there are Subway and McDonald's located within the building. I also noticed a variety of snacks that I hadn't encountered before.
