Bidrage med feedbackMy family’s dining experience this Sunday afternoon was absolutely sub par. After ordering food, we waited initially for 25 minutes for our drinks to be brought to us wrong, then after ordering our dinner we received half of our food ordered while my daughter and I didn’t receive our food and it was not entered. On a busy day I could understand some struggle, but we were one of three groups dining at this time, my wife’s food order was incorrect, and the food was not even warm by the time it was brought to our table. I believe we will choose another location if wanting ihop in the future.
We 're seated immediately and told a new pot of coffee was brewing. 30 minutes later the waitress came to take our order. She seemed to have a problem understanding our orders which were straight off the menu and finally put the order in. My wife asked to skip the cheesecake mousse topping on her waffle. She came back to the table about 10 minutes later to ask me what I wanted on my waffle catching me by surprise because the menu specifically stated what came with it. Over an hour after arriving we received our food. My wife left part of her waffle due to the mousse covering that part. The ticket specifically stated no mousse . Other than that our meal was very good but could not make up for poor service. 90 minutes for waffles at IHOP is too long for a quick meal. We won 't return to the Cartersville IHOP.
Undercooked fried eggs even after requesting over medium. The omlettes ordered were very dry and over filled with sasuage. The server was adequate.
Food was just blah. Ordered omelet barely had any of the ingredients in it. Order orange juice they automatically gave us larges...$5.00 a glass!! We didn't order anything special and it cost my husband and I $45. for a simple breakfast. Will not be back anytime soon. I pay less for a steak dinner for 2 than this !!
I go for breakfast often. Ask for one of Robin's tables. She's awesome.
