Chili's Grill - Cartersville

I food was great, service was great for having few employees. Had to wait a little extra time but not the wait staffs fault. They did the best they could. Only saw 3 then 4 out in the front. The tables were getting full with dishes from people that had left.

The last time I ate here, it wasn't that good. Today it was much better! I asked if under new management but was told they had new kitchen crew. Either way it has improved in my opinion.

Me and my family were standing in the front waiting to be seated. No one helped so we sat ourselves down. As soon as we sat the lady you had the front today was very rude to my mother. I don't appreciate it.

Asia our server was great. It was obvious they were short handed but she remained polite and attentive despite being pulled in 20 different directions. The food was subpar. This was the third time we've gone and had issues with out food. It's like theydon't understand what a medium steak is. My wife decided to just eat her sides, which were cold. My burger was so over cooked Ibrought it home for my dog. We typically eat with our extended family (10 to 15 of us) there are few places that willaccommodate us. The kids are always happy that's hard to do. For an adult that likes good food they need to do better. We'vebeen going there for years and I know the pandemic hit businesses hard. This use to be our favorite place to gather.

We placed our order, and the food arrived fairly quickly, but our drinks remained empty for several minutes before the food came. One of the burgers had the wrong toppings; it came with mustard instead of mayo, which couldn’t simply be removed or added to. On the positive side, the burger beef was well-seasoned and not dried out. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I wouldn't choose this place as my first option for dining out.
