Burger King - Cartersville

There was a sign on the drive-thru that said you had to come inside to order. If anything I think it would be better to close the inside and leave the drive-thru open. We were the only people in the restaurant and our fries we're not even warm. Our total was $24 for two combos, absolutely ridiculous. If I have to get out of my car to come inside next time I'll just go to Subway.

Overall I’m giving it 3 stars because of the store manager toward the shift manager while we there eating. Her attitude was horrible. Tasha degraded Esther the entire time she interacted with her. Instead of pulling her into the office to speak with her she did this I ear shot her children and customers. I will call corporate on Monday and go to back on Monday to bring Esther flowers so she assured she is doing a wonderful job.

After ordering I remembered my 2nd order wanted bbq. When I asked for 1 pack the day shift manager enforced the sale of the commodity, instead of running my card for .27 I walked all the way across the parking lot to get the change and the manager still wouldn't allow a fee pack of bbw saisr so my friend could dig his fries ?. And we didn't even get ketchup! What's this world coming to that you can't get some free condiments

My food was better than an average BK.. watched the cook make multiple meals they were all done with care and not slopped together.. and the place was really clean

If I could give zero stars I would. Had to repeat myself 4 times while ordering, sat in “line” with only one car in front of me for literally 10 minutes, they didn’t give me the chicken wrap I ordered at all, dumped my fries upside down in the bag, and the “Coke” I ordered was basically sparkling water with brown dye.
