Carrots Cafe - Cartagena

We sat outside and had a few beers and the burgers for dinner, while watching the World Cup match. The atmosphere was very convivial, and it seemed to be all locals there, all greeting each other as they passed people they knew who were having dinner outside. Friendly service, very reasonably priced food and drink. We should have tried the local specialities which looked very popular and delicious. Would go back again for a quick cerveza or two!

Wanted lunch in Cartagena in the area of Corte Ingés. We wanted down Alameda de San Antón towards Plaza España and came across Carrots. It seemed quite popular with locals, so we stopped and had tapas for lunch. We had ensalada rusa and pulpo and a couple of cañas. It was excellent and the food on the other tables looked good as well. We sat outside and watched the people going by. Service was good and the price, 26.40€OK. would return if in the neighbourhood.

Very good food, enthousiastic host, he served us an amazing menu with local specialities. Delicious!!!
