Poke Etc - Carson

This restaurant offers fantastic poke that is truly authentic, reminiscent of what you'd find in Hawaii. They serve it by the pound, and you can get rice on the side. I highly recommend this spot, as it captures the same flavors and experience as in Hawaii.

I arrived 10 minutes before the restaurant opened, and I could see the staff inside preparing for the day. One of the employees noticed me waiting outside but didn't come to unlock the door when it was time to open. I waited for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment, which was disappointing. I had come specifically for my father, but ultimately, I chose to take my business elsewhere. There are many other poke restaurants that offer a better experience!

My dad has been bringing me here since I was a kid, and the poke is incredibly delicious—it really reminds me of Tamura's back in Hawaii! I also love the Portuguese sausage dish; it's my go-to breakfast meal.
