Pieology Pizzeria Southbay Pavillion Mall

I absolutely adore this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the male cashier has a charming smile that makes you feel right at home. It's a very welcoming atmosphere.

It's still a reliable spot for pizza, but today the staff seems like they're inexperienced and struggling with organization. Everything is moving at a slow pace. I would also suggest that the management could benefit from some cleaning and tidying up. Please see the pictures.

This is a fantastic restaurant! We absolutely love the pizza, and in my opinion, it's some of the best around. I highly recommend it!

THE PIZZA IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS... SERVICE IS TYPICALLY GOOD... DINING AREA IS GENERALLY CLEAN

I am very disappointed in food and customer service. Hadn't visited since Covid-19 shut down. Team members are very nonchalant, preparing food in an unappetizing manner. I definitely will not be visiting this location in the future.
