Yesterday, I placed an online order at this restaurant, but when I revisited the website, I discovered that my order had not been placed. The time slot I had originally selected was no longer available, even though it had already been confirmed. I would have appreciated an email notification about this change. Overall, this experience was disappointing.

This restaurant experience was awful. My order never arrived and despite the promise of delivery the next day, it has now been over three weeks.
