Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Carson

Busy location. Even at 2:30 pm, there was a long line. But they were quick. The business info on Google Maps says no dine-in, but as you can see in the photos, people dine in.

Jose, the manager and cashier, was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. This has officially become my go-to Fatburger location. The store is beautifully designed and features plenty of televisions. The food is delicious!

This was my first time trying Fatburger, and it will also be my last. I had a disappointing experience; the burger lacked flavor, and the onion rings were stale. Overall, it was not enjoyable.

The burger is incredibly juicy, and the beer is quite enjoyable as well. The interior design is appealing and much better than typical chain restaurants.
