Sheetz - Carrolltown

Pleasant employees and a clean store. Sometimes a bit busy but usually good for a quick trip.

Come here almost daily, have a good assortment of items. Nice staff and convenient location.

I really love Sheetz! They have the most delicious soft serve ice cream, and their sandwiches are also incredibly tasty.

Sheetz is clean, and the staff is professional, with tidy restrooms. However, I do have one complaint: they've switched to a different company for the scent in their restrooms, and it seems the hand soap supplier has changed as well. The quality of both has declined compared to what it used to be. While I know that most people might not choose a place based solely on how the bathroom smells or the quality of the soap, these factors are important to me, and I believe I’m not alone in this. I've also noticed that the paper towel supply is inconsistent; many times, the dispensers in various stores I visit are empty. Additionally, with the new coffee system they've implemented, I've been going there less often. The fresh brew from Turkey Hill in Somerset is tough to beat.

I had a disappointing experience at Sheetz. The cashier, Justin, was quite unhelpful and kept sighing when my card wouldn’t work due to a chip issue. He even asked if there was any money on the card. I waited 15 minutes for two plain hot dogs, and there were no other customers in the store at the time. When I finally received them, the hot dogs were cold, and the buns were hard. Additionally, the place was surprisingly dirty, especially considering the lack of customers.
