Highland Deli Grill - Carrollton

Delicious! Stopped first thing in the morning for a quick bite and we were blown away. We had the St. Andrews and the Dunbar, both blown away. Plus, everyone was really friendly!

Man, I LOVE this place! I’ve been coming for lunch for years but I only just did breakfast here the first time yesterday! First thing in the menu is the “breakfast salad thing”. This is a heaping delightful mess of vegetables and mushrooms and eggs with the delis “secret sauce” a piquant creamy tangy perfect compliment to the dish! I’m diabetic and therefore avoiding carbs so instead of bread/toast I got a cup of the soup of the day which is a dill pickle chedddar soup that is greater than the sum of its parts!Looking at some others plates imma say everything on the menus is slammin! Breakfast before 10:30 and an incredible lunch selection there on! Go get it!

Highland Deli has become my go to spot for lunch every Tuesday. I always opt for their build your own turkey sandwich, which is always fresh and delicious. The best part is pairing it with one of their homemade soups they have a rotating selection that never disappoints. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it the perfect place to sit and enjoy a satisfying meal. I highly recommend Highland Deli for a tasty and convenient lunch option.

Ate here for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. It's a very small, typical deli, although a little pricey. Must have a good reputation as it was crowded and the service was good considering. Husband had a Reuben and I had Highlander roast beef. Both were very good.
