Subway - Carrollton

I was the 3rd car in line. 20 minutes later I got a sandwich that I didn't ask for and certainly not prepared the way I asked. Just unacceptable. They either need more help that can make the correct order or close up. People inside the store are not ignored like the people that are in the drive thru. Just

Everyone is always friendly. Bread is always fresh and soft. Ingredients taste fresh always. I get the same sub every time with chips, drink or cookies. They have a drive thru!!!! Never really busy when I go. I typically go between 12pm-6pm.Vegetarian options: Ofcourse you have the fresh veggies. I do not recall if there are any veggie patty options.

Awesome experience today. It was only one person ahead of me, so I was able to order quickly. The bathroom was cleaned along with the rest of the restaurant. About fifteen people were dining in today, and everyone was happy.Vegetarian options: Bread, along with a lot of topping, should do the trick. Cheese pizza as well.Kid-friendliness: Kids are picky eaters, and at Subway, they can not only say what they want but can also see what they want.Parking: Two rows of parking along the front of the building.

Came thru the drive thru, got home and sandwich was wrong. Came back thru the drive thru , samdwich was replaced. I check it before pulling away. It's wrong , terribly. Customer service is terrible. I purposely visit this location even tho there is one way closer to my home bc this location is always great but not anymore. The staff ruined this store.
