Bidrage med feedbackThe ice machine and the oven work again! I was helped this morning by a young lady named Izzy. It offers a great customer service and always has a friendly word and smile. That's very appreciated! But I noticed she's the only person who works the whole restaurant again. We feel bad for anyone who gets into this position. But we never saw her complain. Keep the great work Izzy.
Staff was very friendly (like unusually so, it was refreshing) and the food was delicious. One of the best subways I've been too
The bathroom could have used a bit more cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy seating area, which featured an electric fireplace (I'm not kidding), comfortable seats, and a TV. The staff was friendly, but some of the food toppings appeared to be wet and looked less than fresh. Overall, I would consider returning.
Today, I returned for lunch to give them another chance after a bad experience last time (the sandwich in the picture illustrates my point). There were only three people ahead of me in line and one car in the drive-thru, so it wasn't even busy. However, two employees were arguing behind the counter, making the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable. When it came time to make my sandwich, I felt hesitant to make my request because of the tension. On top of that, the toaster was still broken, and the ice machine was empty. One of the women involved in the argument mentioned she would call someone named Todd while she was preparing my lunch to let him know about the situation. I'm not sure if Todd is the owner, but if you are, please reach out to me so we can resolve this issue!
The service was mediocre, and the food was terrible. I ordered the Italian BMT and the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, and both were served completely cold, even though we requested them to be toasted. Very disappointing.
