Little Caesars Pizza - Carrollton

I just want someone to tell me why my crazy bread looks like this and who thought that would be acceptable to pass on to a customer?

I asked if deep dish was hot n ready. He said no. I said okay I don't want to wait so I'll just get regular hot n ready. After swiping my card and handing me a receipt he tells me itll be 7-10 mins. That's information u need to give a customer before they pay, esp when they said they didn't want to wait. And if I chose to wait, I'd have ordered the deep dish vs regular. Very dishonest way of doing business.

The place is clean and the ingredients do taste fresh. However, they?re greedy with their sauce. I?ll make order online with extra sauce and it they give me even less than normal

Super hard and burnt cheese sticks,,hard as rock!! Had an embarrassing situation in front of the guests! Plus they delivered cold pizza! Will never ever order again..beware before you order!

Came by for a couple of 3 meat treats today and was not disappointed. Though they may be understaffed currently, they were still kind and courteous, both the woman who took my order and the chef who greeted me as he stepped out for a break, even the other worker who got there while I was waiting and looking like they were a bit harried because they were called in on short notice gave a little friendly nod in passing. Good people here doing the best they can. Pizza came out quick and delicious! I likely got in there just before their lunch rush really hit, so your wait time may vary depending on how busy they get, so please be patient and understanding with them!
