Bidrage med feedbackI'm in the industry so I know how things should operate. I placed an online order and it gave me an ETA of 15 minutes. I showed up on time just to wait another 20. There were 3 Doordashers in front of me waiting, in which no orders have been processed yet. There were about 6 people in the line ordering. They were proritozing the people in the store versus the one's who ordered online. The kicker is, there were literally 7 people working behind the counter, 2 of which were doing nothing. This poor lady was trying pull together the online orders but couldn't get the people running the food line to prioritize. I watched this go down for 20 minutes. I felt horrible for her because she was getting chewed out by so many people. Finally I got my order and it was wrong. Both orders I placed asked for extra bacon, that we didn't get. They charged an extra 1.35 for that. If you are going to charge $13 for a sandwich there's standard, and they just don't hold up to that standard. This is clearly a management issue, however, your team members get the brunt of it. Not cool.
It is not often I visit this place. But my son wanted a sandwich from there. He has the app and we were in the area. When we parked he submitted the order. I decided I wanted a sandwich, too. So, he places a 2nd order on the app. We stayed in the car a few mins. I noticed it is not busy there are no customers. My son decides to go inside to pick up the orders. Surely, they are working on them. Well, once he asks about his order. They say, it will be a moment. Anyway, 2 customers pull up. They walk in and order their food. My son is still waiting ?...sandwiches are no where near ready. In fact, they have not even been started. At this point, the 2 customers that came in have left. Made no sense. I told him next time, just go inside and place your order. That would have been quicker. For not being busy, and having 3 employees, it sure was a waste of time.
When I walked in I was not greeted. No big deal, I could see they were busy so I just jammed out to the music while I waited. 3 minutes later someone finally asked for my order then passed my sandwich over to the “veggie” station. This is where I was a little and then alot grossed out. I have worked in the food industry so I know a few rules. The blonde who was working did not have her hair tied back like the other two girls. Her hair was hanging over the sandwiches while preparing them. Then with her glove she scratched her ear or something and the went back to making my sandwich with the same gloves. I lowkey dont even know if I want to eat my sandwich. DFW food inspector may want to visit this store. Not sure where the manager was but store could use a little training.
Brought my kids in, didn’t see any name tag but the lady with all the tattoos was very patient with the kids and even made building the sandwiches fun for them. I greatly appreciated the level of customer service here, and the sandwiches were good
Got there at 8:54 p.m. They said they were closed :
