Hanabi Ramen Carrollton

Absolutely nothing deserves a 5-star rating more than this place. I order the Karikara Chicken every day for lunch, paired with a side of white rice, and it never disappoints. The chicken is incredibly juicy and perfectly crispy. The food tastes as amazing as it looks!

It was too cold in the restaurant! I was freezing and it was difficult to enjoy the food under these circumstances. The Shrimp Shumai were delicious! I also liked the Udon. Unfortunately, there are hardly any vegetarian options. The service was good.

We had a wonderful experience at Hanabi on our way to Oklahoma for a mini vacation. It was our first visit, and we were seated right away as a family of seven, including three children, for lunch. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered gyoza, chicken, and shrimp for our appetizers and had the chance to try the tonkotsu ramen (both regular and spicy), as well as the shoyu and butter garlic flavors. Everything was delicious! The broths were flavorful, and the prices were definitely justified by the generous portions. The chashu was tender and melted in our mouths. Thank you for a fantastic meal, and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Second time here (third for my wife) and I'm not sure you can find better ramen! I had the Tan Tan men and there is such a rich, deep taste full of spices and peanuts. I could only get the photo of the empty bowl.
