Donut Queen - Carrollton

My favorite D shop in the area! The owner is always there and very nice. The sausage rolls are good and hearty, the donuts are light and sweet.

Donuts are great but man the customer service sucks. I'm sure the woman working there owns the shop, but upon entering you could tell she did not want to serve us. Another person came in behind us for a pick up order, and as he left she shook her head in disgust. It also happens to have been a person of color, not sure if it's coincidence or if she's just having a bad day.To top it off this is the same woman that told my husband to give her money for picking up his wallet when he dropped it in the parking lot.. and he happened to have cash in it. Why can't you do the right thing without expecting anything in return anymore? We will not be back, I don't tolerate rudeness.

Disappointing experience! I opted for a box of 12 donuts instead of 6, and the staff member was quite rude. She just tossed the box onto the counter and started filling it with donuts while I was still choosing, clearly unimpressed. I won't be returning.

The lady was very rude! I asked her why she was being so unkind when my baby took the card out too early, and she just threw her hands up and sighed.
