Cowboy Chicken - Carrollton

COWBOY CHICKEN's Chicken Enchiladas w/ tomatillo sauce is perfection. Creamed spinach Ranchero pinto beans are my favs, and their yeast rolls are awesome! Giant chocolate chip cookie is HUGE and crispy as well as the awesome peach cobbler (One can add ice cream for $1 extra). Super deal: Lunch Special is served 7 days a week between 11a 3p. Aug 2021. Back to use loyalty club coupon and because we had other errands to take care of in area. Popular with the post-church crowd with friends and family. Great meal again. We don't get to Cowboy Chicken that often as one closest to home was closed. Too bad. OooRah! They are open for limited dine in during virus crises (2020), just a few tables. We don't eat at this location often but closest one to home is now closed. Food was great and we got plenty of leftovers. BTW: we found a shaded parking spot on the south side of building but don't tell anyone.

I love having lunch at Cowboy Chicken because it's always hot and fresh. Today I visited the Carrolton location and ordered a 3 piece dark with mac-n-cheese and house salad. Great food and great service.

Let me tell you about Cowboy Chicken, the chicken is so juicy and flavorful beyond the skin, the roasted broccoli was my favorite.. The baked sweet potato was really tender and natural sweet without additives. Must try if you want a good meal that taste like home cooking.

It was pretty busy. Ordered online and had to wait a little longer than their estimate. Didn't bother me as there was room to keep social distancing and the aroma of the cooking chicken is mouthwatering. Worth the wait. There were just four tables to sit at if you're eating there, one was open. The noise was not bothersome to my hearing-aids so I give the ambient noise a thumbs up.
