Panera Bread - Carpentersville

Waited half an hour for my food today and they didn't even get my order right. Also no spoons for 3 soups? Lame.

My order is a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with egg whites. They charged me for a sausage egg and cheese which was 7 dollars instead of my normal 5.49. I have been going to Panera for about 10 years and I know there is a way to charge without the meat. Manager said there wasn't a way to do so. I hope someone retrains them!

Young lady today 11/9/23 who took my large order for my office and my breakfast was efficient, fast, polite and accurate.

I think the food here is always good quality. However I feel like every other time I come here they are out of bread. How do you run out of bread when it's in the name.

Everytime i oder here my avacado is molded or hard. extra ingredients added throws off the taste of a whole sandwich, they don’t know proportions at all.
