Ordered chicken strip meal. Gravy was nothing but cold white looking water in a cup with a broken lid that spilled out of the box. The fry?s were cold. Hubby got flame thrower it was cold with sauce dripping all over it and very few napkins. Sodas hadno fizz and tasted weird. Never again!

Food was fresh, wait time was a little high. Possibly a staffing issue as they had 5 vehicles pulled forward. All in all pretty speedy though.

This DQ is the worst in the country. Ordered med mocha moolatte Received coffee flavored vanilla shake. NEVER can they make ANY order correct. Hamburgers are cold. So sick of it. Why cant someone there take responsibilty for training??? Hate this DQ

Try ordering a choco strawberry blizzard. Drove home. Not a strawberry in sight Don't know what the heck it is, but not what I ordered. Took it back. At 2:11 pm on 8/16 the manager at the window was as rude as I have EVER seen someone handle customerservice. She had the nerve to stand there in the drive through window spooning through my return and demanding to know why itswrong and ARGUED with me that it WAS correct when I ordered STRAWBERRRY and there was not a SINGLE strawberry in it or onit. WHO THE HELL DOES SHE THINK SHE IS? The customer pays without the customer you have no job. If the customer orders x andgets y expect a return. DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER. I have no idea who she is. but she does not need to be in customerservice in any way whatsoever.

We my family and I are not happy with the new Signature menu sandwiches. Loved the grill burger menu. We went to this DQ for years and often. Not anymore!
