Bidrage med feedbackLamb shank was the best of the dishes we got but food overall is average. A bit cramped but very friendly and lively inside. Make reservations, they’re always busy.
When we got to the place it was renamed to Carmel’s Fish House. We were a group of 10 people and ordered a wide range of food including fish and chips great taste), grilled salmon was great) surf and turf a good taste of steak and crab), and vegi pasta not good) meatball and shrimp pasta not good. The place came with a complementary Champaign and Caviar. To sum up, I liked the food and I recommend the place!
My experience at a restaurant in Carmel by the Sea was disappointing. Arriving late at night, most restaurants were already closed except for this one. However, the prices were exorbitant for the quality of the food, with a glass of wine costing around $15. The portions were small and the service was not pleasant. I would not recommend this place as a dining option in Carmel, even if you find yourself in need of a late-night snack.
We visited at lunch and had an amazing, well-portioned and reasonably priced meal. The staff was knowledgeable in recommendations. To top it off, there was complimentary delish baklava to finish the meal.
I had a fantastic experience dining at this restaurant for lunch. I ordered the ravioli and it was delicious. My family also enjoyed their lamb gyros. The service was excellent and the food arrived quickly. The only drawbacks were that the restaurant is small, so it can get crowded during peak hours and there may be a wait. Additionally, the portions for the pasta dishes seemed a bit small. Despite this, the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant in Carmel.
