Sadly this location has gone downhill with their customer service and quality. Took over 15 minutes to receive my order and my smoothie was 3/4 of the way full. This used to be my go-to spot but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!My family switched to the Rangeline location after multiple bad experiences at this location. This store is absolutely incapable of making a proper acai bowl because all they can make is soup with little to nothing Frozen. The complaints other people are leveling regarding attitudes are spot on. This store has completely given up on all customers. This customer had to give up on the store. Now it's your turn to shop somewhere else and get some quality products and service.
Girl with the upside down cross earrings and black/ brown hair was SO rude. We then told the manager of the 146th location how the employee was so rude and she literally was acting rude as well and shut the window on us
I was going through the drive through and was supposed to be helped by an employee with upside down cross earrings. She was extremely rude and impatient with me when I didn’t understand how to use the app.
