Panera Bread - Carmel

Worse location per coffee always out of rude and inexperienced service getting dirty several times hit wrong orders. I love panera but do not go to this place.

They were out of Dark Roast coffee, cream cheese, butter, and most of the tables were dirty and food all over the floor. What has happened to this Panera location. The fast casual restaurants are sinking fast.

This rating is more about Panera in general. The employees here were attentive and did their best to help us. The problem we had is about Panera organization. We came in. There was a line so we used one of the order machines to place our $90 order. Since I had logged into my account, I believed we could use my gift cards which are loaded onto my account. No. Each card must be physically typed into the machine. Without the code for the cards, we could not use the gift cards. We then went to the counter to order. Can't use gift cards from a phone because Panera has no scanner on accounts. So, ordered again on our phone, couldn't use all of our gift cards. After being in this establishment trying to order for 40 minutes, our food delivery time was in another hour and 10 minutes. The place literally had 5 tables filled and 2 customers in line at that point. A very nice young man at the counter pushed our order through early. It literally came out for one person at a time 30 minutes to receive all of our food for 5 people. Panera, please fix your customer account system. Look at Starbucks. So much convenience.

First delivery of panera. it's also my last. I ordered my meal at 4 o'clock and a delivery time of 5:30 5:45. 25 I came to the house, and my meal was here, and it was cold. I checked my panera app. it was delivered at 5:07! 23 minutes before I came home and I was not informed that the meal was delivered. If I hadn't come back in the back door, I wouldn't even know it was there.

Consistent dirty/sticky beverage areas. I am a sip club member and stopped on the other morning and the whole coffee was out of decaf. drinking was often not selected in the size and they do not even recognize me when I load in the (what I would say is on place for all Panera’s that I would have been). I put my drinks order online and self-service when I go because no one ever bothers with me. I'm pretty sure you can go in, drink and go without being a sip club member and they wouldn't have a clue.
