Fuji Sushi Hibachi Express - Carmel

This simple place has amazing sushi rolls! The best so far I had since moving here from Chicago. Service is great too! Give them a try and it may become your go to place for great sushi.

My family goes to this place every few months. We always enjoy the sushi that we get and the great service.

Love this place! I got some sushi to-go with friends, and we were all very happy with our food. The eel roll in particular was a favorite, and we all loved how affordable this place was. We decided to give the mango roll a try, and it was tasty as well.Everything seemed very fresh, and the food didn't take long to come out either. The menu had quite a lot of options to choosefrom as well, and I can't wait to go back and try more. I highly recommend the eel roll!
