When we asked for our minestrone soup to be heated because it was served lukewarm, one of the owners visibly rolled his eyes and shook his head at us. I politely inquired if we had offended him in any way, and he responded with incredibly rude remarks. The situation escalated to the point where we felt we had to ask him to step away from our table for our own safety. Although the second owner attempted to rectify the situation, he mentioned that we had made her staff uncomfortable from the start. We are a group of attractive, smart, kind individuals who simply came out for dinner, and we left feeling upset and in tears. If it were possible to rate this establishment with zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against supporting a business that treats customers this way.
