Eatzen - Carmarthenshire

With friends on Sunday, March 5th for an EAT, everything you Buffet A Word EXCELLENT. We ordered so many appetizers, 2 different soups, 2 different pork ribs spear Satay chicken and spear Satay mushroom spicy squid ,prawn cracker and sea tang. We also had crispy duck with all the extras and pancake rolls and a bowl of egg roasted rice. So full we managed only crispy beef for the main course.

I ordered a pickup I wanted to collect. 30 minutes waiting, the staff seemed very stressed and repeatedly asked what they had ordered. They asked me or should I say I was interrogated several times what I had ordered. Spoke to someone who had waited 90 minutes for a starter. The staff is really rude and ignorant. Like a scene of Fawlty Towers. I asked for a refund and went out. Just reason I tried here was because Lotushaus was closed. Unbelievable how rude the staff was, but this evening picked up the wrong one!

We had a family visit from England and ordinary traditions to have a Chinese. After some disappointments from other Chinese we tried to eat and we were amazed how fresh and beautiful the food was. Will be back for a seat in...2023, but with a takeaway until the end of 2022 and already excited.

Food was nice, drinks were poured from bottles (cook, lemonade)! The staff is very ignorant and rude, not even said, thank you or even a smile cracked. Such a shame

Lovely food but not worth the money absolutely disappointed as the workers are Rude and horrible felt like I was always being watched the whole time and people where just slamming the plates on the table absolutely disgusting behavior. I wasn't pleased with the...table they where all sticky. The place was filled with people waiting for there food. Wouldn't recommend. #never going back to Eatzen
