Tono on Borsari - Carlton

Pasta was delicious, service was great, staff were kind. Though it was the end of the night and we had just paid the bill, the waitress could see we were having a lovely time and encouraged us to stay and they'd be happy to hold off on closing up.

The staff at this restaurant is so welcoming and friendly! The pasta dishes, especially the lasagna and vegetarian fettuccini, were absolutely delicious. I couldn't find anything wrong with them. Yum!

We were walking along Lygon St looking for somewhere for a great pasta meal and were tempted in by the chef in the window hand making fresh pasta. We had a sensational meal with friendly service and generous servings. Highly recommended!

This is a great spot for a casual night out. The pasta was home made and delicious. We had the sea food fettuccine and it was very generous with prawns scallops calamari and fish. The table service was excellent. I would ear there again for sure.

Food was amazing, service and banter from the two guys out the front was outstanding. Tables outside under the heating was comfortably warm on a cold night. Fantastic spot!
