Filou's Patisserie - CARLTON NORTH

Not as advertised on their window. They claimed they had the best hot cross bun. Last year it was good. This year it tasted too much like fruit cake.

All taste delicious, sweets and savoury to treat yourself! Best for me is capsicum and herbs loaf bread and chocolate ecler!

Excellent bakery with breads, pastries, beef pies/ rolls and coffee. Ever reliable quality and service. Can get gourmet pies and sausage rolls hot or cold to take home. Prices are very good considering the quality on offer. Highly Recommended

Continues to provide good pastries and an excellent spinach pie. Just love collecting a slice on a Saturday morning.

Ooh how we love Filou's. I often pop in for their pastries (plain croissants, ham and cheese croissants, pies, chocolate croissants, you name it!). My other favourites include their hot cross buns. They are only available close to Easter, and I normally buy a couple of dozens for us and friends. Those buns are seriously that good!!!
