Bidrage med feedbackDo they even read their own reviews? My last four visits, including today, will definitely be my last! The experience has been bizarre. The staff member on the phone literally hides in the back for several minutes at a time and still can't seem to look up from his phone. He checks it begrudgingly. Nothing is well-maintained; machines are out of order, and there are missing items. Does the owner even care? It's ridiculous for a price of $17.
The taste was terrible; it was just a name for Greek yogurt. The quality was poor, with an unpleasant flavor and a watery texture. Definitely not worth the money.
We arrived just 40 minutes before closing time, and all the chairs were already stacked up. Half of the yogurt flavors weren’t available, and the toppings were largely unappealing to me, as they included items like condensed milk, cake batter, and mochi—none of which I enjoy. I ended up trying a flavor I didn’t really like and chose some toppings that didn’t suit my taste either. To top it off, the staff member who assisted us spent most of his time on his phone, only putting it down to wish us a good day when we left. He also wasn’t wearing a company uniform, just a regular shirt. I doubt I’ll be coming back here!
This place is downhill. Bar only because of broken machine, ants on the machines (please the guys know, but don't worry, empty blows, all chairs and tables are stacked and can't use, all posters and signs are old, can use the bathroom, the only worker was on his phone all the time. I'll stay clear.
Twice we have been here during posted store hours and they have been closed. One time I consider a fluke but twice is ridiculous. Things are hard to staff right now but change your posted hours to not inconvenience customers unhappy toddlers who expect a special treat make for an extra inconvenience
