Jamba Juice - Carlsbad

Staff are friendly and remember orders of those who frequent the spot. Clean inside and predictably delicious!

This Jamba Juice used to be one of the worst, but it has improved significantly. There are two women who have been working there recently and they have made the smoothies, acai bowls, and most importantly, the customer service much better! They not only make better smoothies and acai bowls now, but they also make sure to get them just right, always address customers by their name, and often wish them a great day. I will make sure to remember their names next time so I can give them a shoutout in my review.

The smoothies at this restaurant are fantastic! The staff was very friendly, but I found the manager to be a bit harsh with the employees, which left a bad impression on me.

I initially gave this restaurant a two-star rating due to a negative experience, but I decided to give it another chance. I'm glad I did, as it was definitely a one-time occurrence. The staff are very friendly, and today when my smoothie was made incorrectly, they remade it without any hesitation. I will definitely be returning in the future! (9/14/21 @1:25)
