Eureka! - Carlsbad

Great location with a beautiful open concept for dining. The staff is very friendly. I ordered the classic burger and it was pretty good, with a nice crispy coating. They also have a unique spin on their crispy fries. I would definitely return to try another burger.

Oh my goodness, this place is amazing! From the atmosphere to the service, everything is top-notch. The spicy chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious. And don't even get me started on the mac and cheese balls. The classic margarita is good, but could use a bit more kick. The dry rub and firecracker wings are bursting with flavor and heat. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

I had lunch at this restaurant and the burger was amazing. The truffle cheese fries were even better. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant wasn't crowded and there was no wait time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our children loved watching planes fly so close by to Palomar Airport. We enjoyed sitting next to the cozy outdoor fire pit. The Fresno Fig burger was unbeatable and the best item on the menu. Our waitress Reese was prompt and did a great job. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a nice green play area, and there is ample parking. It is also wheelchair accessible.

I have tried a few burgers at Eureka and I recommend sticking to the Fresno fig burger. The other burgers are just okay. However, I do suggest trying the truffle cheese fries as they are always delicious. The service can be slow sometimes, but I see this restaurant as more of a casual spot to hang out with friends, so it shouldn't be a problem.
