Carlow Kebabish

I used to love this restaurant, especially their seekh kebabs. However, during my most recent visit, I ordered a chicken tikka rice box and received boiled rice instead of pilau. The kebab meat was undercooked and the chips were cold, possibly old. I decided to give them another chance, but the staff were rude, so I canceled my order and left. I suggest avoiding this establishment and deleting the app.

The fries appeared to have been cooked in old oil. There was a somewhat lengthy wait for the food on a weekday when it wasn't busy. The staff were pleasant and the food was affordable.

I searched for the restaurant on Google and discovered that they recommended ordering online through their app for special deals. However, when I tried to place an order using the app, I received an error message saying the order couldn't be processed. So, I opted to call the restaurant directly to place a pick-up order and mentioned the exclusive offer. Unfortunately, when I picked up my food, I noticed that I had been charged more than I had anticipated. The restaurant had neglected to inform me over the phone that the special deal was not applicable.

This is the best kebab I have had in a long time, and the atmosphere is very friendly.

This restaurant used to provide tasty food with quick delivery, always arriving within 20 minutes. However, our most recent experience was disappointing. Our order took 2 hours to arrive, and we were given the wrong items. Instead of the farmers burger, chicken burger, chips with curry dip, and donner kebab we ordered, we received a plain hamburger, garlic dip, chips, kebab, and farmers burger. The delivery driver had difficulty finding our location, resulting in my father waiting in the rain on a busy Main Street 15 minutes away to receive our food. This restaurant was once a popular choice in Carlow, but now it is not worth a visit.
