Franco's - Carlisle

We managed to get a table without a reservation, but I think it's best to book in advance to avoid disappointment. The atmosphere was warm, with a cozy Italian vibe and a good level of music. The tempo was a bit high for my taste, but it would likely appeal to most guests. The restrooms were clean; however, the men's and women's rooms are located down a staircase near the kitchen that is frequently used by the staff, so be careful. Also, the light in the restroom was off during my visit, which made me grateful for the flashlight feature on my phone since the switch is on the outside wall. Just a minor hiccup. The staff seemed a bit rushed, but they remained attentive and professional throughout our meal. The food was delicious, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. I requested a change in the type of pasta to my favorite, and they accommodated me graciously. I would definitely dine here again.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The dining experience is pleasant, and there is a fantastic variety of options on the menu. I will definitely be returning!

Franco is absolutely fantastic! I love this place! I've been there multiple times, and just recently, I tried the mussels for the first time along with my usual favorite dish, the penne pasta, which is creamy and paired with sweet noodles. It was simply divine, and there was plenty of it! I enjoyed it all with a beautiful house red wine. The staff is friendly and attentive as well!
