Subway - Carleton Place

Sean at this underground location is so friendly and had a smile all the time he served us. in any case someone who enjoys a job there and makes the customers a pleasant experience.

Was there today and ordered a salad with rotisserie chicken. The young guy was super friendly and fast. He even asked me if I wanted Lettuce, Spinach or both. I know this sounds silly but I like to be healthy and I hate it when they put a bunch of iceberg Lettuce and just a few piece of the rest of the veggies. I was able to tell this guy both but just a little Lettuce and my salad was absolutely perfect.He even put the 2 sauces in different direction to create a pattern.It's the little things in life.Thank you whoever you are :

The 3 girls in there were super busy with walk-ins, food delivery service pick ups and mobile orders. They all stayed friendly and professional. I wish I could remember the one tall, dark-haired girls name, I should, she's helped me for years (she is back there full time, lost her job as a flight attendant unfortunately due to Covid19), but she is always phenomenal. I made sure to thank them, tell them they were doing a great job during a EVER changing, stressful time. Good job ladies! PS , SUB AND SALAD WERE DELICIOUS

The experience is fantastic if you dine in, but if you order online, there's a guaranteed chance your order will be incorrect, and they seem indifferent to resolving the issue.

I visited this restaurant today and ordered a salad with rotisserie chicken. The young staff member was incredibly friendly and quick. He even asked if I wanted lettuce, spinach, or a mix of both. It may sound trivial, but I appreciate maintaining a healthy diet, and I often dislike when restaurants only add a small amount of iceberg lettuce with just a few other veggies. I mentioned that I wanted both, but in moderation, and my salad turned out absolutely perfect. He even arranged the two dressings separately to create a nice presentation. It's the little things in life that matter. Thank you to the staff for this great experience!
