The place clearly doesn’t know how to manage capacity/ reservations. took over an hour to be seated. the place was overrun and open table still showed reservations for the current time. i had been optimistic about the experience but won’t be back

Overrated! The service was slow and the food was tasteless. Had to add a ton of salt to all the meat. The buffet was a joke. Most of the food looked like it was sitting around for a while. Only went up to the buffet once as there wasn’t anything appealing that warranted a return. In my opinion don’t believe the hype.

We made a reservation for 5 people @6:15 on Open Table for Saturday night to celebrate our son’s 11th birthday with family. We waited close to 2 hours for our table. Clearly, the restaurant overbooked. The manager told us “to be patient” this was after waiting the first hour. Once, we sat down the service was bad. We did rodizio and we had to keep asking for waiters to come serve food. The bill was over $400 and our 6yr old didn’t even eat and our 11yr old was half price. Normally, cost is a not a factor but with all the other mishaps it was more than a disappointing experience for us.

Our family had a wonderful birthday celebration at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and helped make our celebration unforgettable.
