Frederick' S Southside - Caribou

Asked Fredericks to bring in a holiday luncheon for a special client and they were absolutely perfect.Delicious lobster rolls..chowder...bacon wrapped scallops and salad...and an accommodation for one non seafood person.All was delivered fresh and yummy to the end...thank you Michelle!!!

Just enjoyed my first Fredrick's pizza in a long time. Not sure why I ever stopped eating their pizza on a regular basis. That's a mistake I'll be rectifying straight away, because Fredrick's Southside pizza is DELICIOUS!

Excellent food at reasonable prices. I had the taco salad on one visit. At first I was disappointed as the plate was piled high with lettuce and cheese. I dug down and was delighted to find chicken mixed with salsa and taco chips on the bottom. It was very tasty and filling.Another night be I had the Chicken teriyaki with mixed veggies over brown rice. It was well presented and sooo yummy.Slices of their bread accompanied the meal. It was so good we bought a loaf! They also included plenty of butter. Highly recommended!

Great cooking coming out of this little place. Portions are good and prices are fair. Menu selection is good. The wait staff are awesome. Great experience. Will be back again.
