Rotolo's Pizzeria - Carencro

Terrible experience. I have a text that my pizza was ready and when I came here it was still? No big deal. After about 10 minutes waiting, the bartender called for my order from the kitchen and something was wrong. The kitchen had my pizza hanging and shredded them so they had to make a new one. Bartender said 5 minutes. About 8:00. Not to mention the bartender and other servers were so inconspicuous and rude. Spinat Dip was literally the worst I ever had, but the pizza was really good when it was warm. Overall no good first experience.

Always Great sat outside with big children and enjoyed a nice sunny day eating pizza with the children. The service is always excellent. The pizza is always perfected. I love the sauce. It's not tomatoie his light and a bit sweet. But great flavors. They even have cauliflower crust and gluten-free crust and food. No reason not to enjoy this place

We had pizza to-go and didn't eat it until about 30 minutes after we picked it up, so some of the blame may be on us but everything we ordered was very mediocre. The crust was tough and had no flavor, the cheese sticks and pizza were both light on cheese, and the muffaletta was dry and the ratio of bread to meat/cheese was way off. Overall not impressed.

I recently visited this place for the first time. I was greeted and told to sit where I'd like. After about 20-25 minutes, the server came and apologized saying she thought someone would have helped me by now. I wasn't in a rush or starving so the wait didn't bother me. I ordered the Pesto Manifesto. The wait time for my order to be placed took longer than my food being served. It literally took about less than 5 minutes to get my pasta, which probably means it was heated up in the microwave with all the steam coming from it. It was tasty, but had way too many tomatoes... There wasn't enough of noodles and it had a lot of grease settled at the bottom, which gave me a tummy ache. However, the little garlic parmesan bites were good but a little soggy after being in the bowl of grease after a while.

Food and service was amazing! My waitress Dominique was very pleasant and friendly!! Atmosphere was amazing too!! Dominique was fabulous and suggested the chicken enchilada calzone. It was awesome like she was! 5 stars all the way!!! Will be returning soon!!
