They closed earlier than advertised. I was hungry, hadn't eaten all day. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing to pick up a sub and they were closed. I understand people want to leave as soon as possible after closing but still.... At least advertise that you close at 8:45.....

Walked in 20:00 (they close at 9:00) We could say that we didn't want to! Sweeping, mopping tables. The debt in the register said? With you? all in a moment?. Phone ringed, she answered a phone order before our order! After they were told they had only one cheese, we thought the drinking machine had nothing but coke. That was a terrible experience that this site has won?t last so long!

I ordered the meatballs, and they were just okay—there was barely any marinara sauce on them. Next time, I think I'll try a different sub!

I really enjoy Firehouse Subs, but this particular location didn't meet my expectations. They got my order wrong, as well as the orders of everyone in my group. Additionally, it took way too long for them to prepare the sandwiches. I was the first to order a simple sandwich, yet I ended up receiving my food last among my friends.

Clean, friendly and VERY tasty. Hard working staff. They also support first responders and fire fighters. Meatball sub blew my mind.. Just awesome all around.
