Cardwell Seaview Cafe

The food at this restaurant was mediocre. The vegetarian burger was not enjoyable and the chips lacked flavor. However, there are many positives to this place. They offer a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and other items that could be convenient to grab during a road trip, such as hats, flip flops, and sunscreen. Next door, there is a petrol station. The restaurant also has toilets and showers available. The coffee was reasonably priced and decent. Additionally, there are great views of the ocean and plenty of seating options.

Very good tucker, service, prices and coffee. The Lambs Fry and Bacon is damn fine. as is the Savoury Mince. I added 2 poached eggs, 2 rashers of crispy bacon. With coffee, no need for lunch. In Cardwell, this is our pick of the crop.

We have been here a few times and it is always fantastic. Fresh tasty food with friendly service. reasonable prices. We will continue to eat here on our way through.

Located centrally on Cardwell's Bruce Highway, this restaurant may not be considered gourmet, but it fulfills its purpose well. It is not inexpensive, but its convenient 24-hour operation makes it a valuable resource. While I may be hesitant to try the $2 barista-made coffee, the extensive menu of drinks and food is impressive. The restaurant offers plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
