Bidrage med feedbackWe called here because we were able to get some cash food. we had not booked. the very friendly renter said that this was not a problem and led us around the cozy looking bar in a small restaurant. what a surprise. it was also very cozy, with Maroon decoration, and much to our mood, small sheer, with which to open the sauce cachets. a good idea. the menu was good, although the metzger had not delivered our first choice meat (very warm to hear) we were more than satisfied with our second choice that was filled and delicious. my pork fillet was served with a cream sauce, whirlpool rings, mushrooms and chips as well as a small refreshing by-alat. Of course, the part was to feed us so well that we could not manage dessert. our meal times have been cheap. at the departure we saw that a group in the bar enjoyed a plate of sandwiches and sausage rolls, which all looked very delicious. Moreover, we were satisfied that covid were safe practices at places and places and as we decided our way to the parking lot, this would be a good place to bring visitors for a nice meal.
A pub that does traditional pub grub food very well. Nice fire in a cosy bar area with a separate restaurant area. Staff were welcoming too.
Lovely cosy small pub with great food and service. Would recommend.
A lovely, authentically Welsh speaking pub in which we were made very welcome. Plenty of locals eating here, Lyn produced some cracking food including the awesome Pen Y Bryn sundae. Thoroughly recommended.
"What can I say? The owner is a nice guy and a bit of a sweetheart. The food was excellent, and we all left feeling satisfied—though we forgot to take photos of our meals! The prices are really reasonable, and we’re definitely planning to visit again on our next trip. A big plus for us is that it's dog-friendly."
