Glasshouse Cafe - Cardigan

The cafe at the time we visited had two marked vegan options the carrot burgers and butternut squash tagine. There was also a hummus wrap which I imagine could be vegan. The food was really good quality, home cooked and filling. I’m not usually a fan of salad but the selection I had with my food was really tasty. There were also two vegan ice creams in the freezer the magnum and caramel Swedish glacé cone.

We tried the vegan burger and tagine from the menu, but unfortunately, there were no vegan cakes available during our visit, even though they usually have them. They do offer soy milk for coffee, which is a nice touch. The building is beautiful, and it's free to visit, making it a great spot for excellent walks.
