Old Havana Cardiff

I went to this restaurant for drinks and some loaded fries. Unfortunately, the service was practically non-existent as we had to order through an app on the table. The strawberry mojito was decent but overpriced. The beer selection was limited. However, the loaded fries with pulled pork and jalapeño were delicious.

I would like to give Tia an excellent for customer service and the most friendliest and very professional. Keep up the good work. Also the bar itself is fantastic with all great employees!! I would give today’s experience at the old Havana 10/10. Thank you for having us.

Great atmosphere. Lots of TV’s to watch sporting events. Delicious tapas serviced at good prices. Service a bit slow. Non-existent at the bar and by app slow too, but didn’t detract from overall visit. Ladies loo a bit of a let down. 1 cubicle out of order, 1 with no lock leaving only 1 for a bar full of ladies! Get that fixed guys!

I was extremely puzzled by the bottomless brunch that was reserved for me and 9 friends. Various staff members provided conflicting information about the offer, leading to confusion. The service was inconsistent and the staff seemed unsure themselves. The food was subpar and the drinks were average. None of the staff were wearing masks and there was a lack of readily available hand sanitizer. The men's restroom was lacking soap and one toilet was missing a seat, while another had a broken lock in the women's restroom. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience and I would not go back.

We made a reservation for bottomless cocktails and had a fantastic experience. After a terrible evening at a popular cocktail bar the night before, this is a must-try for everyone.
