Chez Francis - Cardiff

It was with heavy hearts that we chez francis visited in the night of wales ludicrous overtime defeat in the hands of the French in the last game of the six nationals. but if there is a thing that can betray me faster than they can say: "George north has not bite", it is a teller of good French shrub.

I found this restaurant really disappointing. Expensive, service poor, food undercooked and uninspiring.

We booked at the last minute and were accommodated at a lovely table. The food and service was top notch. We had fresh sea bass which was filleted at the table. I would recommend Chez Francis to anyone who appreciates good food and nice wine.

A friend in work recommended we go here for our wedding Anniversary celebration and we were not to be disappointed. The French food was amazing with the excellent service to boot! . We also loved the ambience which made you feel like you were eating at a restaurant somewhere in France. Loved loved loved it and can’t wait to return.
