Las Olas Mexican Food

Directly across from Cardiff Beach, we enjoyed a stunning California sunset at this charmingly shabby street-side restaurant. We had visited this spot three years ago, and it came highly recommended by a friend from San Diego, so I knew I was in good hands. After a long day at the beach, this was just what we needed. I ordered a strong Patron margarita on the rocks to accompany my combination plate, which included grilled shrimp with a cabbage taco and charbroiled chicken with sour cream. The presentation alone was reminiscent of Baja California, and the flavors were truly amazing. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend this place.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the authentic Mexican food was truly enjoyable. The guacamole and salsa with the warm, fresh chips were absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable considering the location. Our server was attentive and made sure to check in on us regularly. The portion sizes were generous; I even shared my breakfast with my friend. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place!

I dined there six years ago and had a great experience with delicious food and attractive waitstaff. It took us some time to locate the restaurant again, but the food was just as outstanding as I remembered, and our waitress, Sophia, was amazing!

This place is awesome. It has excellent food, and the atmosphere is the perfect balance between casual and fancy.

Awesome. Super good margaritas and the best tostadas ever. The avocado lime salad dressing is a must-have no matter what you're ordering. Great laid-back atmosphere super great service.
