Jus' Fish - Cardiff Bay

DON?T DO IT!!! Pros: ? The woman who answers the phone and takes the orders is very pleasant. ? The catfish was well-seasoned and flaky. Cons: ? The older lady who serves at the drive-thru has poor customer service skills. ? Sides are not seasoned. ? Seasoned fries (which I did not request) are spicy. ? The fish and portion sizes are quite small compared to other establishments serving the same items for less or equal pricing. ? Menu states, "Lg shrimp Box? but, there is nothing LARGE about these shrimp. You actually get medium-sized shrimp and they only give you 5 (maybe 6 of them). ? The miniature hush puppies were overcooked. More Cons: I tried to support this black-owned/operated business three days in a row and each time there was a problem: ? Either an ordered item was left out of my bag (and I didn?t notice until I go home) or ? they were out of sweet potato pie which they substituted with coconut pie without asking me (I don 't eat coconut anything). ? The first day I ordered two 3-piece fish boxes/boats (with two sides). I was given hot sauce and tartar sauce. I do not like either of those. I requested cocktail sauce, the woman at the window would not give me cocktail sauce. She said cocktail sauce only comes with the shrimp. WOW, really? I spent $27 for those tiny pieces of fish, and I can?t get a squirt of cocktail sauce? Not a good experience. But, I gave them two more tries to win me over sadly, I was let down every time. I wanted this place to be as wonderful as Croaker?s Spot and Sugar?s Crab Shack but, nope! Clearly Jus? Fish needs help in business management as it pertains to volume, portions and customer service.

The flavor of the food was great! The sweet potato pie is amazing! If you don?t like sweet pie then you may not like it but if you do not like sweet pies you should eat pie anyway! The potato salad was delicious! I ordered the shrimp/ trout combo and I was not disappointed! I will be ordering from here again! I would have given more stars but ordering online is difficult in Uber eats, I had to switch to door dash to get side options.

This fish is definitely over priced and the fish is small. Come on now at least throw in a few extra if the fish is small! Sides are so small ! It?s just over priced don?t waste your money. I promise you , you will thank me later . I paid 14.00 for 2 peace trout fries and a tiny cup of potato salad the cup you put ketchup in . High way robbery. Well back to hawks fish I go!

This place was good,fresh the fish was small but it?s trout how big so u expect it to be lol! The Mac &cheese was good definitely homemade! Everything in the world is expensive so don?t let other reviews change your mind! my only issue is that the hush puppies were hard ? It was my first time Great place try it!!!

I must say great food and very clean environment and Ms. Marianne serviced us with a smile and beautiful personality first time there and I've been caught and hooked ???? ???? I went back within the hour to get food for the family was just too good to experience alone and we all are happy
