Sa Scogliera - Cardedu

We stayed not far from here and walked here for a drink one night, so cannot comment on food but what we saw being eaten looked very nice. Lovely place to have a drink , wine and beer reasonably priced.

The food was but nothing more. The pasta were not homemade which disappointed us quite a bit, considering the price they asked. The setting is nice, right at the beach.

We were staying nearby and for a change went here for supper. Super hot and tasty pizzas about Euro 7 large local beer Euro 3.50. The staff do not speak English, but were super friendly and we muddled through! We sat under the branches of a beautiful tree. A lovely simple meal and great value. They have a more extensive menu but we only had the pizza. A small childrens play area available for those with small children. It is set on an access road with plenty of parking, just behind the beach with a pine tree backdrop. Nearby it looked like an open air theartre was being built for summer shows. If you are nearby well worth pooping into.

Siamo stati qui a cena con amici domenica scorsa, abbiamo ordinato un paio di antipasti da dividere e poi abbiamo optato chi per un primo e chi per un secondo, personalmente ho ordinato pasta con arselle e bottarga ma devo dire che per euro (costo del piatto) non ne vale la pena perché il quantitativo di arselle e bottarga non è abbondante. Tutto sommato però la pasta era buona e cotta bene. Ho assaggiato anche il risotto allo scoglio e lo ho apprezzato molto di più (aveva abbastanza condimento) l’unica pecca è che era mantecato poco. Da bere abbiamo ordinato vino bianco della casa molto buono. Poi abbiamo ordinato dolce, caffè e amaro.La spesa finale è stata di euro a testa testa.

We had 2 dinners here. Good location near the beach, lots of parking in the evening, small playground for the kids. Very relaxed atmosphere. Standard pizzas and good ice cream for the kids. Also excellent grilled fish. Restaurant was full by 8pm. On both occasions it took a while before we could order, but we didn't have to wait long for the food.
