A confidential address away from the crowd offers varied, tasteful and quality dishes. The welcome is nice, beautiful decoration and charming frame with its glass. We ate succulent flamingos. We would have believed in Alsace at lunchtime! You can also eat pretty salads, sandwiches, desserts, coffee and quality tea.

Family restaurant , ethical with fresh quality products . It’s alive, spontaneous: a very nice ratio quality price. To conclude this break, wide choice of tea and herbal tea, coffee is excellent, chocolate pie is highly recommended.

Finally a light and modern kitchen in the City of Carcassonne. Finished the tyranny of Duck Magret, Cassoulet Co. But there is no vegan dictatorship either for all tastes. Salad of lentils, chick peas but also with slices of smoked duck or feta. Sandwiches to make the famous Paul pass; so far my favorite. And classic Flammenkueche with bacon etc. or, a real treat, with red beans and vegetables. Absolutely in heaven. And cheap at all. We also tasted the pecan nut pie (yummi and pretzels (as needed! All mega happy as well as at last someone offers crudities. This will make us a great dinner party next time! Njamm!!!!
